USE AND STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS

The best place for consuming a nicotine pouch is the place between gum and upper lip. If placed leave it there for not more than half an hour. At least it is your individual choice to leave it your own time, but mostly it depends of the strength of taste and nicotine effect. If you feel bad or sick during consumption, take the pouch immediately out. Do not chew a pouch because the paper could be destroyed during chewing and chewing lead to an increased salivation and therefore for a higher amount of swallowed nicotine with possible increased adverse effects.

Store the can with pouches cool and dark if possible. Keep the can with pouches and your pouches itself away from children.

TOXICITY AND ADDICTIVE EFFECTS

The toxicity of nicotine is defined as Acute Tox 2 (oral), warning sentence H300:Fatal if swallowed. The lethal dose is estimated with 5mg/kg bodyweight.

The addictiveness of nicotine is a result of several effects in the brain, like influencing the cognition and influencing the dopamine level and its positive effects (f.i. a slightly and brief euphoria after uptake of nicotine). The effects are mostly short but very attractive and lead to a habituation and at least to addiction with withdrawal symptoms in the absence of nicotine.
